RJio prepared to work with nearby link administrators for enlarging GigaFiber reach:
JIO Giga fiber registration has already started.JioGigaFiber is a service that allows easy access to IPTV, landline, video conferencing, online gaming. JIO GIGA GIBER is expected to offer 1GBPS download speed and 100 Mbps upload speed. interested candidate can apply from the official website of “jio.com”. this service is already started from 15 August.
On the other hand, the biggest factor behind this response can be the fact that the Jio GigaFiber registrations are free and users can show their interest without paying any registration fees. On the other hand, Reliance Jio has also said that the Jio GigaFiber rollout will be on a priority basis based on the number of registrations received from a particular locality.
Meanwhile, a report by Economic Times suggests that Reliance Jio has confirmed getting a great response from 900 India cities and towns, however, it further adds that the company is facing some last mile connectivity issues since the local cable operators (LCOs) in key markets are showing some resistance by not partnering with Jio GigaFiber.LCOs in Maharashtra, Delhi, and Karnataka regions have highlighted that the main reason of this last mile problem for Jio GigaFiber is a result of Jio not partnering with LCOs and instead directly approaching resident welfare associations (RWAs) and housing societies for their home broadband services.
